16-Cronelius: Dragon Tinkerer

*~About the Character~*

HISTORY: As is the way of the Northern Ice Dragons, Cornelius was born with pale white and blue scales and not the ability to breath fire, but the ability to freeze the blood of foes with a blast of icy air. He was a skilled flyer and when he was young, he could be incredibly sneaky when he wanted to. He willingly trained to be a spy. Being a spy meant he often was able to work with non-magic tools. As powerful a tool magic is in Zeagni, being a spy meant one could not use magic on certain missions, so Cornelius loved to experiment with technology. He created tools that could do many things for him. He made tools that could write manuscripts, create diversions, communicate with creatures from far away, and all sorts of other things, entirely without magic. He was a spy for several years until an accident when one of his machine malfunctioned and he was mortally wounded. Cornelius's wings were torn beyond the point of healing, rendering him almost completely flightless.
Once he was healed, Cornelius trained a few young apprentices to keep maintenance on his technologies, then he traveled to the closest friendly human colony.
Cornelius wants to take a boat from Auntinura to Havanunt, a continent far away across the ocean. He heard rumors that there was an organization there, a group of criminal investigators and peacekeepers from all species. He felt that his talents could be very useful there.

PERSONALITY: Cornelius is adventurous, social, and bizarre. He is incredibly curious about everything, but especially non-magic technology. When he isn't exploring or spending time talking to other creatures, he hides himself away in a dusty workshop, tinkering with broken machine or building his own. He is very skilled in wood and metal working.
